How to use the Entries feature

Capture, synchronize, and manage customer submissions effortlessly in real-time.
GUIDE TO USING THE ENTRIES FEATURE
1. Capture Submission (Frontend)
Go to your online store where the form has been added.
Fill in the required fields (e.g., Name, Email, Phone) and click Submit.
The form data will be securely submitted to Formpify instantly.
2. Real-time Sync
Open the unified Dashboard from your Shopify Admin:
Apps → Formpify → Visual Form Builder → Entries.Your newly submitted entry will appear immediately at the top of the list, fully synchronized via realtime connection.
3. Manage Data (Powerful Tools)
Take full control over your customer entries using our built-in spreadsheet view:
Search: Quickly filter out multiple entries using the smart search bar.
Columns Toggle: Click the Columns button to uncheck and hide unnecessary fields for a cleaner view.
Bulk Actions: Select checkboxes next to multiple records to apply mass deletion.
Detail View: Click the 👁️ View icon to slide out the detailed Entry Panel, avoiding page reloads.
Export: Export entries seamlessly to XLSX or CSV formats using the Export dropdown.
