How to setup Notifications

Step 1: Open Your Form

1. Go to Shopify Admin
   
2. Click Apps → Formpify – Visual Form Builder
   
3. Go to Forms
   
   
4. Click Edit on the form you want to configure

Step 2: Access Notification Settings

1. Inside the form builder, click Settings
   
2. Select Notifications
   

You can now configure:

• Admin Notification
  
• Customer Notification

Step 3: Set Up Admin Notification

This sends an email to you when someone submits the form.

1. Click Add Notification
   
2. Select Admin Notification and enter the information
   
   
   
   

Step 4: Set Up Customer Notification

1. Click Add Notification again
   
2. Fill in the Fields
   Choose select a filed ⇒ select email.
   
3.  Click Save
   

Step 5: Test Set Up Notification

1. Go to Online Store ⇒ Click View your store
   

2. Open the Contact page
   
3. Fill in all required fields ⇒ Click Submit
   
4. Check Admin email
   
5. Check Customer email
