How to setup Confirmations

 Step 1: Open Form Settings

  • Go to your Formpify Dashboard
  • Select the form you want to edit

 Step 2: Navigate to Confirmations

Form Settings → Confirmations

You will see:

An Add New button

 Step 3: Click “Add New”

  • Click Add New
  • A configuration panel will open

 Step 4: Configure Basic Information
4.1 Name

  • Internal name (not visible to users)
  • Examples:
    • Default Confirmation
    • Redirect After Submit

4.2 Type

Choose the confirmation type:

  • Message
  • Redirect
  • Conditional Logic (if available)

Step 5. Confirmation Types

5.1 Message

Displays a message directly after form submission.

How to set up

  • Select Message
  • Enter your content

5.2 Redirect

Redirects users to another page after submission.

How to set up

  • Select Redirect
  • Enter a full URL:

Step 6. Managing Confirmations

Once created, confirmations appear in a table with:

  • Status → Enable/disable
  • Name → Internal label
  • Type → Message / Redirect
  • Actions:
    • Edit
    • Delete

Step 7. Testing After Publish

Enter valid data into all required fields

Click the Submit button

The message content is displayed
